TIAA required clear, consistent brand expression across a range of marketing and informational materials within a highly regulated financial services environment. The work focused on applying and supporting the brand identity system while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and trust across all deliverables.
During this engagement, TIAA’s brand identity was evolving. I worked within available brand guidelines while closely referencing other brand touchpoints — including website design and customer-facing materials — to ensure designs reflected the most current visual standards. Collaborating with internal teams, I provided hands-on design support across print and digital materials, maintaining brand cohesion throughout this period of transition.
