Project Overview:
Design New Balance Athletics‘ Restricted Substance Manual (RSM) 2022-2025, and Supplier Standards Manual (SSM). The RSM contains a Restricted Substances List (RSL) for materials, finished products, packaging and chemical commodities. RSL compliance is required for all material supplier and contract and owned manufacturing facilities. The SSM helps suppliers implement the Supplier Code of Conduct, which establishes expectations for ethical behavior related to compliance with regulations, labor practices, wages, humane treatment, and other topics. It is updated regularly to align with changing regulations.
